The Tall Man

When her child goes missing, a mother looks to unravel the
legend of the Tall Man, an entity who allegedly abducts children.
Let me start by saying the trailer is very deceiving. This
movie in all definitions is not a horror film........ Do not be
fooled.
I would put it in Drama/Mystery category.
The story starts off in a poor town with a lot of economic
problems, at the beginning of the film you feel lost!
But don't worry the end of the film will make you feel like
it didn't matter.
Anyways the trailer explains pretty much everything except
that it is not HORROR, besides the point you get kids
missing, people crying, population starts going crazy speculation,
myths, blame someone, attack!
A few jumpy scenes and it does build up pretty well but the
end was a bit of a disappointment to me.
The movie is pretty good for a weeknight, but I would not
recommend it for a weekend.
And this is definitely a rental from Redbox do not spend
more than a dollar to see it.
